Welcome to the Southern Society for Philosophy and Psychology
The Southern Society for Philosophy and Psychology was founded in 1904. Its purpose is to promote philosophy and psychology by facilitating the exchange of ideas among those engaged in these fields of inquiry, by encouraging investigation, by fostering the educational function of philosophy and psychology, and by improving the academic status of the subjects.

Annual Meeting
To register for the Annual Meeting or to Pay Annual Dues please visit the Membership page or select the appropriate option here:
The Society meets each year in one of a number of different cities, typically in the south. These cities in the past included New Orleans, Atlanta, Savannah, Charleston, Cincinnati, and Nashville.
The meeting in 2022 will be held in person in Mobile, AL from March 31 - April 2, 2022. For more information about the conference please see the Annual Meeting page!
Membership
SSPP invites applications for membership from qualified philosophers and psychologists. More information about membership is available here.
